Caroline Mullins, LMHC
Life can be challenging, and it’s completely okay to seek support when things feel overwhelming. Whether you're facing work stress, relationship struggles, trauma, or major life changes, I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and build resilience at a pace that feels right for you. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I have a deep passion for supporting those who’ve experienced trauma. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, stress, and those who have endured sexual, physical, verbal, or emotional abuse.
In my approach to therapy, I prioritize a trauma-informed, collaborative process. Every session is designed with your unique needs in mind. Healing is personal, and I’m committed to creating a safe, respectful space where you can explore your emotions, gain insights, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’ve had therapy before or are just beginning your healing journey, finding the right fit can be tough. To help with that, I offer a free, brief phone consultation before our first session. This gives you a chance to ask any questions, express your concerns, and make sure we’re a good match—no pressure, just a way to ensure we're on the same page as we begin this work together.
